These Terms of Service govern Orb Release, an Android mobile game published by Wretched Studio and distributed through Google Play. By installing, accessing, or playing Orb Release, you agree to these terms. Do not use the game if you do not agree.

Orb Release is currently available on Android through Google Play. Google Play handles app distribution, purchases, subscriptions, refunds, and platform account services.
Orb Release is designed for all ages. Players under the legal age for online services in their region need permission from a parent or guardian to play and make purchases.
Wretched Studio grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and play Orb Release for personal entertainment. You must not copy, modify, sell, redistribute, reverse engineer, cheat, exploit, automate, tamper with saves, bypass ads, or bypass purchases.
Orb Release stores progress locally on your device. Orb Release also supports Google Play Games sign-in and account save features. Local saves and account saves track progress, settings, balances, upgrades, cards, abilities, and tutorial progress.
Clearing app data, uninstalling the game, changing devices, platform outages, bugs, and game updates can affect progress. Wretched Studio works to protect saves, but Wretched Studio does not guarantee permanent access to every save, balance, item, or setting.
Orb Release includes virtual currency and virtual items such as coins, gems, keys, cards, upgrades, abilities, rewards, and purchase entitlements. Virtual currency and virtual items have no cash value. You cannot sell, transfer, redeem, or exchange them outside Orb Release.
Orb Release sells Gem Packs, Remove Ads, and a VIP Subscription through Google Play. Gem Packs are consumable purchases. Remove Ads is a non-consumable purchase. VIP is a Google Play subscription.
Wretched Studio grants purchased content after Google Play confirms the purchase. VIP continues until canceled through Google Play. Deleting Orb Release does not cancel VIP. Refunds are handled through Google Play's refund process and Wretched Studio support.
Orb Release shows skippable ads every 3 levels. Orb Release limits regular ads to 1 ad every 5 minutes. Orb Release also offers optional rewarded ads.
Rewards are granted only after the ad provider confirms the ad was completed. Closed ads, failed ads, unavailable ads, disabled ads, and unconfirmed ads do not grant rewards.
You agree not to cheat, exploit bugs, bypass purchase systems, bypass ad systems, use unauthorized automation, tamper with save data, interfere with game services, or use Orb Release in a way that harms the game, other players, Wretched Studio, Google Play, Unity, ad providers, or other service providers.
When you send feedback, bug reports, suggestions, gameplay reports, screenshots, diagnostics, or other communications to Wretched Studio, Wretched Studio can use them to operate, debug, improve, promote, and support Orb Release without paying you.
Wretched Studio updates Orb Release over time. Updates can change features, balance, prices, rewards, ads, purchases, subscriptions, progression, availability, and content.
Orb Release is provided as-is and as-available. Wretched Studio does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, ad availability, purchase availability, cloud save availability, or permanent preservation of all data and progress.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Wretched Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, profits, goodwill, virtual items, virtual currency, progress, or access arising from Orb Release.
